At Future Unite Associates, we offer both professional services for businesses and practical training programmes for individuals. The following terms outline the conditions for each type of engagement. Please refer to the relevant section that applies to your relationship with us.

1. Professional Services

These Terms apply to all services provided to business clients.

1.1 Scope of Services

We provide professional accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, management accounting, and consultancy.
Specific details of the services, including scope, deliverables, and timelines, will be set out in an engagement letter, proposal, or invoice.

1.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information to enable us to perform our services.
We will not be liable for any errors, penalties, or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the Client.
Clients remain responsible for their compliance with statutory and tax obligations.

1.3 Fees and Payments

Fees for our services are outlined in our proposals, invoices, or agreed service contracts.
Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.

1.4 Refund Policy

For professional services (e.g., bookkeeping or payroll), refunds are not available for work already performed.
Refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion in the event of service failure attributable solely to Future Unite Associates.

1.5 Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or authorised by the Client.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information, data, and documentation.

1.6 Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting admin@futureunite.co.uk.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, documents, and deliverables we provide remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell our materials without prior written consent.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. However, we shall not be liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service.

1.9 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

1.10 Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please email admin@futureunite.co.uk. We aim to respond within 10 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the issue to the appropriate regulatory body.

1.11 Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

1.12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
 

2. Training Programmes

These Terms apply to all online work experience training programmes offered by Future Unite Associates.

2.1 Enrolment and Access

You can secure your place on a Course by either:
  • Making full payment, or
  • Making an initial part payment (deposit), with the balance due as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Access to course content is granted once full payment or the initial part payment is received.
  • Failure to pay subsequent instalments on time may result in suspension or termination of access, with no refund of payments made.

2.2 Course Content and Services

Our Courses offer practical, simulated work experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and management accounting tasks.
All training content (e.g., templates, videos, and exercises) is for your personal learning and remains the intellectual property of Future Unite Associates.
You must not copy, share, or redistribute any materials without prior written permission.

2.3 Payments and Refunds

Course fees are as displayed on our website or in the issued invoice.
Full or Instalment Payment:
  • Payment can be made in full or in instalments, with agreed payment dates.
  • Instalments must be completed before the course access period ends.
Refund Policy:
  • A full refund is available if you cancel within 14 days of payment and have not accessed the platform.
  • Once the course materials have been accessed, no refunds will be given.
  • For part payments, any eligible refund will be calculated based on unused services, minus administrative charges.

2.4 Job Assistance (No Employment Guarantee)

Future Unite Associates provides guidance and support to students seeking employment in the accountancy field. This includes CV reviews, interview preparation tips, and information about potential job opportunities.
However, Future Unite Associates does not guarantee employment or secure a job for any participant. Our role is to provide training, mentorship, and career guidance to improve your employability.
The success of securing a role depends on various external factors such as market conditions, your individual skills, experience, and job search efforts.
By enrolling in our training programme, you acknowledge and agree that Future Unite Associates shall not be held responsible or liable for your ability to obtain employment after completing the course.

2.5 Student Responsibilities

You agree to use the course for personal professional development only.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technical resources (computer, software, internet) to access the platform.
Any misuse or unauthorised sharing of course content may result in termination of your enrolment.

2.6 Tutor Support

Tutor support will be provided via email, chat, or scheduled virtual sessions.
We aim to respond to all queries within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Excessive or unreasonable requests may result in limited tutor availability.

2.7 Cancellations and Deferrals

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer either a refund or transfer to an alternative date.
You may request to defer your enrolment to a later session, subject to our approval and any additional fees.

2.8 Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for course administration and communication.
You may contact admin@futureunite.co.uk to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

2.9 Intellectual Property

All training content remains the property of Future Unite Associates.
You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using content for commercial purposes.

2.10 Limitation of Liability

Our training is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or professional advice.
We are not liable for your success or failure in securing a job.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

2.11 Technical Support

We make every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your personal equipment or internet connection.

2.12 Complaints Policy

For complaints, email admin@futureunite.co.uk within 14 days of the issue arising.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 working days.

2.13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
